We believe there is more in jewelry than just precious stones and metals, there is a story, and to be able to get to that story there is a romantic process of creation behind each piece.
That's why we offer to all our customers the opportunity to sit down with our jeweler and create a masterpiece completely designed based on your thoughts.
the process.
the most important part of the custom jewelry process is to gather as much information possible from the project. In this process everything counts. From the design inspirations to even favorite cup of coffee. Yes, cup of coffee.
after all the information gathered, we will build a portfolio with all the details listed and then begin the creation and sketch of the piece. We do add some hook touches to each piece as a signature. Once we have a sketch, we present the sketch to the client for approval and adjustments if necessary.
once approved we then discuss the final details and begin the fabrication process. Since the process is slow, intense and romantic we photograph and video every step while the project is being built on the studio. Like we said, jewelry with a story.

after the project is out of our studio, we go over quality control, packaging, paperwork and finally shipping.

- provide references with photos if possible
- desired size, specific dimensions, height, width or length
