RETURN POLICY

If unsatisfied with your purchase, a full merchandise refund will be given if the item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please email us at info@hookjewelry.com to start the return process. We recommend you ensure your package for the price of the items being returned and ship it via a trackable method with a signature required. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost. 

Upon receipt of your return, the item will be inspected, and the return will be processed. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment minus the cost of shipping (if you purchased an item under $200).  Please allow up to 30 business days after receipt of your return for credit to be issued.

Custom designs, special orders (including ring re-sizing), or sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY 

We offer complimentary domestic shipping on orders that are $200 or more. Please allow 7 - 10 business days to process and ship. All orders are from Huntington Beach, CA

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.  All orders are shipped USPS with signature required.  Please ensure that someone at least 18 years of age is available to sign for the package.

Customer will be notified by email if an item is out-of-stock. 

REPAIRS 

Our pieces are designed to be treasured and loved, but as with all fine jewelry they should be treated with care. If your jewelry needs to be serviced or repaired, please contact us info@hookjewelry.com and we’ll be happy to provide you with a repair estimate.

However, please note that jewelry will be automatically excluded from this coverage if it has been worked on by an outside jeweler or if it is outside the general acceptance of normal wear and tear.

SIZING 

Most of our rings come in a standard size 6. However, we offer free resizing before shipping. We can also add or remove length of chains on any of our necklaces and bracelets. We are more than happy to help you with that!
